This gramophone works by turning the crank handle, that winds the motor, that turns the turntable. There is also a speed adjustment dial.
This gramophone only plays the old thick 78 RPM records. The sound from this gramophone does not sound anywhere near the sound of a phonograph.
The wood base at the bottom is 14 3/4″ X 14 3/4″ and the top part of the base with the turntable is 12 3/4″ X 12 3/4″. The base to the top of the horn is 25″
